ŞTİ (“Company”), within the scope of electronic commerce activities.

1. The Company shall not share personal data transmitted by Users during membership processes or through other means with third parties, shall not use them for different commercial purposes, and shall not transfer them to third parties without authorisation, except for the circumstances specified in this Privacy and Security Policy, the Information Text on Personal Data presented to the User at the time of data collection, and the User’s explicit consent.

2. Personal data belonging to Users may be shared with relevant authorities only when duly requested by authorised public institutions and organisations and when disclosure is mandatory under applicable legislation.

Credit card and bank card information entered during membership creation, order placement or information update processes on the Website is processed by the relevant bank and payment institutions independently of the Company’s systems; sensitive information such as card passwords cannot be viewed by the Company or other users.

4. Card information requested during the payment phase is not stored on the Website or on third-party systems from which service is received, in order to maximise user security. All payment transactions are carried out directly between the user and the bank/payment institution.
