All Woodsaka products are covered by a six (6) month material and workmanship warranty under normal use, starting from the order date. The warranty applies only to Woodsaka products purchased from the official Woodsaka online store, e-commerce channels where Woodsaka is the direct seller, and authorized resellers.
The warranty provides services such as repair, replacement, or refund for damages or defects arising from normal use. The warranty does not cover products that are not manufactured by Woodsaka, even if they are packaged and sold together with the product. Any modification made to the original product, improper use, or misuse shall void the warranty. The warranty is valid only within the scope of the specified Distance Sales Agreement.

The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

• Natural color changes in wood over time and normal wear and tear,

• Changes in color and texture of natural materials,

• Color inconsistency in natural materials. The color, pattern, and texture of the product may differ from the color, pattern, and texture shown in images,

• Surface scratches and/or peeling caused by contact with sharp or hard materials,

• Damage caused by exposure to water, direct sunlight, or excessive heat,

• Damage resulting from excessive weight placed on the surface or from dropping the product,

• Failure to comply with assembly instructions; incorrect assembly, modifications, or additions shall void the warranty.

The Woodsaka warranty does not cover auxiliary products or tools used together with our products.
