WARRANTY POLICY

Woodsaka designs and manufactures furniture, home and office organisation products, and functional organisers intended for everyday use in living and working spaces.

Woodsaka products are covered by a limited commercial warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of delivery.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, exclude or replace, any statutory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s country of residence or the country where the product is delivered.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, Woodsaka will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Depending on the nature of the defect and the circumstances of the claim, this may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Before any remedy is offered, Woodsaka may request information, photographs, videos, the order number, and, where necessary, the return of the product for inspection.

These warranty terms are evaluated together with the relevant Distance Selling Agreement and applied within this framework.

Exclusions from warranty coverage:

- Natural colour changes that may occur over time in wood and other natural materials;
- Minor colour, grain, tone, pattern or texture variations arising from the nature of natural materials;
- Normal wear and tear resulting from use;
- Scratches, dents, deformation or surface damage caused by sharp, hard or abrasive surfaces;
- Damage caused by exposure to water, excessive humidity, direct sunlight, high heat or unsuitable environmental conditions;
- Damage caused by overloading, impact, dropping or improper handling of the product;
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly, failure to follow assembly instructions, or improper installation;
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, modification or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose;
- Damage caused by third-party accessories, ancillary products or equipment used together with Woodsaka products.

Where a product includes third-party accessories or ancillary items not manufactured by Woodsaka, the applicable manufacturer’s warranty may apply to those items. This does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have against Woodsaka as the seller.

Warranty Claim Process:
To submit a warranty claim, please contact Woodsaka using the contact details below and provide:
- Your order number;
- A clear description of the problem;
- Photographs or videos clearly showing the issue;
- Any other relevant information that may help us assess the claim.

After receiving your warranty claim, Woodsaka will review the information provided and may request additional details if necessary. We aim to respond to warranty claims within a reasonable time.

If the product needs to be returned for inspection, Woodsaka will provide return instructions. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, Woodsaka will offer an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Refunds:
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the order. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer or bank.

Relation to Return and Refund Policy:
This Warranty Policy is separate from Woodsaka`s Return and Refund Policy and any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that may apply to online purchases. Customers should review the Return and Refund Policy for information about returns, cancellations and refunds that are not related to manufacturing defects.
