WARRANTY POLICY

Woodsaka products are covered by a warranty against material and workmanship defects under normal use conditions for a period of 6 (six) months from the order date.

This warranty is valid only for products supplied through Woodsaka's official online store, its direct e-commerce channels and authorised sales points.

Woodsaka offers repair, replacement or refund solutions as it deems appropriate after the necessary inspection for defects determined to be manufacturing-related. Our aim is to keep the user experience at the highest level and to ensure your satisfaction sustainably.

The scope of the warranty does not cover products not manufactured by Woodsaka, even if supplied with the product. Furthermore, the warranty becomes void in the event of any modification to the product, use contrary to the product's intended purpose or misuse.

These warranty terms are evaluated together with the relevant Distance Selling Agreement and applied within this framework.

Exclusions from warranty coverage:

- Natural colour changes that may occur over time in wood and natural materials, and wear caused by use,
- Colour and texture differences that may occur due to the nature of natural materials,
- Tone, pattern and texture differences that may occur between product images and the actual product,
- Scratches, deformation or surface damage caused by contact with sharp or hard surfaces,
- Damage caused by exposure to water, direct sunlight or high heat,
- Damage caused by overloading or dropping the product beyond its carrying capacity,
- Failure to follow assembly instructions, incorrect assembly or making modifications to the product.

The Woodsaka warranty does not cover auxiliary equipment, accessories or ancillary products used together with the products.
