How can I change my Woodsaka account information?
To change your account details, you must log in. You can update your information in the Control Panel.
I forgot my password. What had I better do?
If you do not remember your login information, you can request a new password. Go to the Login / Membership page and follow the instructions by clicking on the "Forgot Password" option
How can I create my Woodsaka account?
You can create your account in less than a minute! Go to the top right corner of the web store and select "Login / Membership".

What payment methods do you accept?

Is product customization possible?
Yes. You can use the Customizable Products page in the menu for product customization.
How will the products be assembled?
Most of our products are technically complete and ready for use by customers. Any product that requires assembly is shipped with a detailed user manual on how to do it easily.
Shipping and Delivery
How can I track my order's shipping?
When we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to our tracking portal. Click on the tracking link to check the status of your shipping and delivery
Can I change the delivery date/location?
If you want to change your delivery information, please contact us.
How long will it take for my order to reach my hand?
Shipping time may take 1-3 working days depending on your delivery region. Saturday and Sunday orders may not be processed until the following Monday.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders of 400TL and above.
Exchange and Refund
How can I change / return the product I purchased?
We offer free exchange/return shipping for all products. For the product you are not satisfied with, you can start the return/exchange process within 15 days from the date of purchase. The replaced / returned product must be in its original packaging, intact and contain all accessories.e offer free exchange/return shipping for all products. After submitting your exchange / return request through your account page, pack your product tightly, preferably in its original box or packaging, in a way that will protect it during transportation and prepare it for return. Print out the exchange / return receipt you received and send the product free of charge to the address below: Woodsaka Dış Ticaret ve Sanayi LTD. ŞTİ. Fevziçakmak Mahallesi, 10570. Sokak, No: 12, Karatay / Konya. Our team will check the item as soon as we receive it, and if it meets our return conditions, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 3-10 business days for the money to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution.
Who will pay the shipping fee during the return or exchange service?
The shipping costs for the return / exchange service belong to our company. We are happy to accept exchanges / refunds without requiring you to pay any fees.
How soon will I get paid back after returning a product?
Your returned product will be inspected by our team once it reaches us. You will be notified by email whether your return request has been approved or rejected. Please note that, depending on your banking institution, it may take approximately 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Warranty
Is my product guaranteed?
Yes. We provide a 6-month warranty for wooden products. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship, but it does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Can I request a warranty service if I have lost my invoice?
If you no longer have your invoice, please contact us with your purchase details.

What is the best way to care for my wooden product?
The following tips will help you take good care of your wooden product: Cleaning Wooden Products How often wooden products should be cleaned may vary depending on usage and personal preference. However, it is recommended to clean them at least once a week. You can do this using a slightly damp and soft cloth. Regular inspection and cleaning of wooden products help extend their lifespan while maintaining their shine. Protecting Wooden Products from Sunlight and Heat Wooden products can be sensitive to changes in environmental conditions. Exposure to excessive heat and direct sunlight may cause colors to fade, discolor, or lead to surface stains. Wooden products are best preserved at room temperatures between 15–25°C and in environments with a humidity level of approximately 40–55%. Extremely hot or cold environments may cause deformation such as cracking or warping. High humidity levels may cause the wood to swell, while low humidity levels (especially below 30%) may cause the wood to dry out and crack. To ensure long-lasting use, keep wooden products away from direct sunlight and excessively hot, cold, or humid environments. Protecting Wooden Products from Water Contact If water is spilled on your wooden product, it should be wiped off immediately. Since wood is a porous material, it easily absorbs water, which may cause damage to the product. Transporting Wooden Products Wooden products should be transported with care. Failure to use appropriate protective materials during transportation may result in scratches on the surface or loosening of connection points, if any.
