You can exchange / return product / products as long as it is within 15 days of purchase starts from when you placed your order. Get in touch with us within 15 days of your date of purchase. We do not provide return or exchange for products purchased more than 15 days prior. Products that are manufactured under special order cannot be returned or exchanged.

During the return or exchange, exchanged / returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, include all accessories, instructions and extra side parts such as promotions and gifts. After submit a exchange / return request pack your product tightly to protect it during transport, ideally in the original box or packaging and prepare it for return. 

For return / exchange product / products please follow the following steps:

-When you want to return/exchange your purchase, contact us

-Our customer service will provide you with the shipping information. Send us the product(s) according to the information we give.

-Upon the receipt of the product(s), we will examine them and then inform you of the approval or rejection of return.

-We will check the product as soon as we receive it.

-If it meets our exchange conditions you will be exchanged in no longer than 15 days.

-If the product(s) are approved for return, we will refunded to the original payment method in no longer than 15 days.

During the return or exchange, all the shipping costs will be born by our company. We will not demand any payment for this service.
