How can I create a my WOODSAKA account?

You can create your account in less than a minute! Go to the upper right corner of the web store and select the "Login / Register" option.

How do I modify my WOODSAKA account?

To change your account details you must log in and go to your Account Details in your dashboard.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you do not remember your login information, you can request a new password. Go to the login page and follow the instructions by clicking on the "Lost your password?" link.

How do I subscribe / unsubscribe to your email list?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes. If you wish to modify / cancel your order contact us. We will see if we can update your order before it leaves our warehouse.

If you are experiencing difficulties please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their behalf.

Are there duties, taxes, and fees associated with my order?

All customers will be charged sales tax at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer placing the order to pay any local import takes, duties and import charges. The amount will be reflected at check out after entering your ship to address during the checkout process. 

Can I personalize my items?

Currently we do not offer personalization since all our products are shipped from warehouse.

Will you assemble my furniture?

Most of our products are technically complete and ready for customers to use. Any furniture that requires self-assembly comes with detailed instructions on how to do so easily.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I check the status of a purchase?

When we send your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a link to our tracking portal. Click on the tracking link to check the status of your shipments.

How can I change my delivery date or time?

If you want to change your delivery date please contact us. In partial cases, we can change the delivery date or time.

Which shipping options are available and what are the costs?

We work with more than one shipping company for our shipments. The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the goods ordered. The shipping cost are calculated and displayed in the product page. 

Where do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping internationally to to European countries. We are working on expanding to other countries. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This does depend on your shipping zone. The estimated transit times per country can be found in order below. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday may not be processed until the following Monday.

How can I exchange / return a product I purchased?

We offer free exchanges / returns shipping for all items. You can exchange / return whatever product if you are not happy with it, as long as it is within 15 days of purchase. It starts from when you placed your order. The exchanged / returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and instructions. After submit a exchange / return request via your account page, pack your product tightly to protect it during transport, ideally in the original box or packaging and prepare it for return. Print the exchange / return voucher that you have received and send as free the item to the below address: 

Our team will check the product as soon as we receive it. If it meets our exchange conditions you will be exchanged. If it meets our return conditions, you will be refunded to the original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take up to 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution.

Who will pay shipping cost during the return or exchange service?

During the return or exchange, all the shipping costs will be born by our company. We are happy to accept an exchange / refund at no cost to you.

How soon wil i get my refund after returned an item?

As soon as we receive your returned item will be checked by our team. You will be notified with the approval or rejection of your refund request by e-mail. Please keep in mind your bank’s refund can take up to 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution.

Is my product guaranteed?

Yes. We offer a 6 months guarantee on wooden products and 1  year on metal products.

The guarantee covers defects in material and/or construction. The guarantee does not cover damage due to (fair) wear and tear, crash damage, accidental damage, rips, tears, abrasion, chemical or fuel damage, UV degradation, misuse or neglect. 

Can i claim warranty after losing the receipt?

Receipt or order confirmation is required for all warranty claims. If you no longer have your receipt you may need to provide approximate date of purchase and the exact amount of the transaction you may be able to find in your bank statements typically. If you have this information please contact us.

What is the best way to care for my wood product?

The following tips will help you to good care of your wooden product: 

1. Cleaning the Wooden Products​

How often wooden products are cleaned may vary depending on your usage and wishes. However, it is useful to clean it at least once a week. To do this, you can use slightly moist and soft fabric. Regular inspections of wooden products make it possible for them to maintain their brightness while extending their service life.

2. Protection of Wooden Products from Sun and Heat

Wood products can be sensitive to changes in environmental conditions. Exposure to overly heat and sunlight can cause fading or loss of colors and the formation of spots on surfaces. You can avoid such problems by taking care to keep the humidity humidity levels at 35 – 45% and the temperature in the 65° to 75° range.

3. Protection of Wooden Products from Contact with Water

It should be wiped immediately when water is poured on your wood product. Since wood is a porous material, it absorbs water easily and this may cause damage to your wood product in a short time.

4. Transportation of the Wooden Products

Wooden products need to be transported carefully. Failure to use the necessary protective materials during transportation may cause scratching of the surface of the product and opening of the connection points, if any.

Each piece we product is unique and includes natural variations of the materials we use. These variations represent the character and unique backstory of the material. Products are made of walnut, cherry, sapele, alder, padauk, maple, oak and natural wood finishes allow natural wood grain and variation to shine through.
